Return Policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, please contact us first using this form.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to us for returning the item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, for use within 30 days.

Order Cancellation

We do not offer order cancellation.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception for any issues. We cannot be held liable for any damages.

If you receive an incorrect item, you can start a return claim by contacting us.

Exceptions and Non-Refund Items

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll receive an email with store credit worth the value of return less shipping costs valid for 30 days.
