Do you have a physical store?

Currently, NichezeToys exists only in Cyberspace! We don’t have a physical store yet, but nothing is out of the question!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Mpesa.

Do you ship outside Kenya?

Absolutely!  Please be aware, we are not responsible for custom/duty fees; you should factor this in when placing an order with us. 

International orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive and you will receive tracking information. 

You should also know, we have no control over your package once it leaves our facility; it is then in the hands of our delivery partners before being transferred to yours. 

If you should have questions about where your order is, please check your tracking information and use it when contacting your delivery provider.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most of our orders will ship out within 24 hours.  
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 10AM -5PM EAT, meaning if you place an order after 5pm, it is technically the next business day for us.  

My purchase is a gift! Can you leave out the invoice/waybill/confirmation etc?

Yes we can! If you’d like, we can also include a personalised card with any order – just make sure that you get in touch with us before the order ships!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do!  You can add gift-wrapping at checkout.  All of our gifts are wrapped in eco-friendly kraft paper (100% recycled and bio-degradable) and tied with super cute silk ribbon.  P/s We are excellent gift wrappers. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel totally comfortable placing your order with us!  We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price up to 24 hours after you have received the order, as long as items are unopened and in new condition.  To begin a return, please contact us. What if there is a mistake or damage with my order?

This rarely happens, but if it does, rest assured we WILL make it right.  Simply contact us when you receive your order and we will do our absolute best to tidy everything up immediately.  

Do you wholesale?

Yep! Please contact us for more information and someone from our team will get back to you ASAP. Minimum purchase quantities apply.

Do you work with influencers?

Our marketing plan does not currently involve influencer work.  We focus our marketing efforts on building a social media space that we find is intriguing on its own and spend loads of time curating a unique and beautiful selection of toys and goods that speak for themselves.  
However, please reach out to us with your proposal and rates using our contact us page and I’m sure we can figure something out.

Can I order directly from Instagram or Facebook

Yes you can! We accept and fulfil orders made on all our social media platforms. Please DM us with an image of the item(s) you’d like to order, your phone number and delivery location and a member of our team will get back to you on your order.
